I've lived in BC for a decade, and this is one of those systems that affects almost everyone here but that hardly anyone actually understands. I'm a BC resident who thinks a process this common shouldn't be this poorly understood. I noticed a real gap between what homeowners are legally entitled to and what they actually know about.
